grand teton council operates 5 camping properties; 3 boy scout camps, whitewater high adventure base, , cub scout day camp/webelos camp.


this camp, located east of town of last chance in fremont county, idaho, established in 1975. camp grounds owned council. camp operates 4 5 weeks during summer. includes both high , low cope (challenging outdoor personal experience) course. aquatics program includes sailboat program council camps features large lake. during first week of august camp home of new family scouting experience programs offered family members. programs include wood badge, powder horn, cedar badge (nylt), non-scouting programs family members.

this camp founded in 1959. located east of town of irwin, idaho, across south fork of snake river. summer camp program runs 6 weeks, in june , july.


treasure mountain scout camp

this camp s first season 1936. features beautiful views of grand teton, table rock, , big medicine falls. camp located east of town of alta, wyoming. traditional summer camp season 5 weeks long in june , july. highly acclaimed cedar badge junior leader training, later adopted bsa national youth leadership training curriculum in 2005, offered during last 2 weeks of june @ camp. filled springs 2 biggest ones blue bear , morning glory. blue bear 10 ft (3.0 m) deep, morning glory 40 ft (12 m) deep.

in 1966, teton peaks council started whitewater kayaking program on upper reaches of snake river. within few years, program shifted salmon river, operating out of spring creek area. in 1986, council acquired permanent property base @ hale gulch, approximately 13 miles downriver north fork, idaho. base, known srhab, open in june , july, 2.5 day sessions starting every monday , thursday. primary program consists of rafting , whitewater kayaks. secondary programs include low cope, archery, climbing , rappelling, , frisbee gold. base celebrate 2 anniversaries in 2015, being 30th anniversary of current location , 50th anniversary of overall program.


krupp scout hollow

this former 40-acre (160,000 m) farm , orchard acquired in 1980s purpose of cub scout activities. home of cub scout day camp (although traveling day camps sponsored across service area). includes large frontier fort, original union pacific caboose, bb gun range, , archery range. located in town of labelle, idaho. wood badge adult leadership training courses held here courses held during summer , autumn.
