college years

fahey went grayson county college winning junior college national championship before transferring university of texas, played baseball year. hit .303 in 45 games longhorns won national championship in 2002.


baltimore orioles

he selected baltimore orioles in 12th round of 2002 major league baseball draft out of university of texas. in 2006, called orioles triple-a affiliate, ottawa lynx, when regular second baseman brian roberts went on disabled list. on may 16, 2006, fahey hit first career home run off boston red sox starting pitcher curt schilling.


on september 21 2008, during last game played @ yankee stadium, brandon entered game pinch runner , remained in play short stop. recorded last ever error in yankee stadium during bottom of 7th inning allowing xavier nady reach first base.


toronto blue jays

on january 26, 2009 fahey signed minor league contract blue jays.
