icarly received mixed reviews critics positive reception audiences. carey bryson of about.com gave show 2 1/2 stars, concluding show s comedic elements don t rest on irreverent, though, there clever storylines , few touching moments. overall, show has great comedy, interesting stories, , fun actors. show awarded 3 stars common sense media reviewer emily ashby, said [t]he show isn t designed educational, per se, young viewers learn bit interacting media.


hollywood.com s michelle lee said, lost fan rejecting every lost-like show came after it, resented of shaky single-camera docu-style comedies came after arrested s demise. because, frankly, favorite dead show did better. needed different break me out of comedy funk , me on horse. , worked.
