the tramway ran plethora of tramcars.



tramcar n7 @ crich, 2006.



12 aston type brush built open-top tramcars. seating 22 passengers in lower saloon , 34 on top deck. cars 26 ft (7.9 m) long , possessed 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m) wheelbase, , powered 25 hp westinghouse motors.
2 —1907 double-deck tramcars flexible axle trucks possessing 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m) wheelbase. numbered 12 & 13.
1 —1909 water car. car numbered 15.
3 —1914 tramcars. these brush cars, numbered 16, 17 & 18. had top covers , ran on 8 ft 6 in (2.59 m) wheelbase p22 pendulum trucks.

tramcar n°7 transferred national tramway museum in 1973 after spending time @ 2 dales. car restored between 1993 , 1996 @ cost of £120,000. car in original condition , regularly runs on mile long line @ crich.
