the under-17 level youngest level , players chosen may not more 17 years of age. team represents ghana in fifa u-17 world cup. under-17 team have twice been fifa u-17 world cup champions, in 1991 , 1995. additionally finished runners on 2 occasions, 1993 , 1997. under-17 level has participated in 8 of 15 tournaments of fifa u-17 world cup, debuting in scotland 1989 fifa u-16 world championship , dominating fifa u-17 world cup competition in 1990s, reached 4 consecutive finals. twice won african u-17 championship.
