the season of 2008–09 saw club win coveted sterry cup, being premier league champions first time in 39 years. in same season, reserve team claimed title of own, division 5 title, making 1 of successful seasons in club s history. in 2009–10 season saw them finish 13th in disappointing defence of there title. 2010–11 season saw team improve 10th. team went through various manager changes causing club become unstable , relegation contenders. season of 2011–12 saw club finish in 11th place after again having managers depart mid way through season. 2012–13 saw club beating relegation 2 points on last day of season finishing 14th. after change of managers , new players saw 2013–14 season start lots of promise , expectation. first half of season saw club battling around top of table, manager depart , him few players , team began struggle having field team under 18 s. club finished 13th in league.


the 2014–15 season new start club after new manager john cramp has brought stability , familiar face team having worked reserve manager past 3 seasons. hope under john s management, can regain form saw them crowned premier league champions in 2008–09.
